  1. In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, rice flour, and salt to form a paste.

  2. Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and set aside for 30-45 minutes.
